22 April 2026 — TAG Media and Gamblitude have announced the launch of affie.ai, a guided decision-making engine designed specifically for iGaming affiliate managers. The platform merges TAG Media’s more than 150 years of combined affiliate management expertise with Gamblitude’s advanced data and analytics capabilities.
affie.ai will be officially introduced at SBC Summit Malta (28–30 April), where team members Elaine Gardiner, Alana Weldon and Wojtek Sznapka will showcase the platform to operators. The event will also serve as an opportunity for companies to become one of the first five launch partners.
Addressing a Critical Gap in Affiliate Management
Affiliate management plays a central role in operator acquisition strategies, requiring a blend of financial insight, negotiation expertise, data understanding and market awareness. Despite its importance, the sector lacks standardised training, a unified framework and safeguards against costly decision-making errors.
While operators have access to vast amounts of data, consistent and effective interpretation remains a challenge. Experienced affiliate managers may recognise patterns such as declining CPA trends or identify when to renegotiate revenue share deals, but less experienced professionals often struggle — leading to financial losses, talent retention issues and reduced competitiveness.
Even seasoned professionals face growing challenges, as complex systems and time constraints limit their ability to identify opportunities and gaps efficiently.
affie.ai addresses these issues by embedding proven affiliate management expertise directly into daily workflows. This enables managers to make informed decisions based on real programme data and established best practices, allowing for a more proactive approach to affiliate partnerships.
A New Category of Tool for Affiliate Managers
affie.ai positions itself not as a dashboard or tracking platform, but as a guided decision-making engine. It is trained on real affiliate programme performance data and built using strategic frameworks developed by TAG Media across more than 50 programme launches over the past decade.
Gamblitude provides the platform’s analytical foundation through its cloud-native data layer, designed specifically for iGaming operators. The company was founded by former STS chief technology officer Wojtek Sznapka and former STS chief sportsbook officer Piotr Cerlak.
Through this combination, affie.ai delivers data-driven recommendations on deal structures, partner performance, programme optimisation and commercial risk. This reduces time spent on manual reporting and analysis, while improving consistency in decision-making.
For operators, the platform offers lower programme management overheads, faster onboarding of affiliate managers, retention of institutional knowledge and increased agility in making commercial decisions.
Strengthening Relationships Through Better Decisions
Affiliate management remains a relationship-driven business, where trust between managers and partners is key to long-term success. affie.ai is designed to support — not replace — these relationships by removing uncertainty from decision-making.
By providing clear, data-backed guidance, affiliate managers can focus on building and maintaining relationships rather than debating the commercial validity of deals. The platform aims to combine human judgement with AI-driven precision, grounded in real data rather than assumptions.
Elaine Gardiner, Co-Founder of affie.ai says:
“After 17 years managing affiliate programmes for operators including Cherry Casino, Ninja Casino and Rizk, I know what good decision-making looks like in this role and I know how rarely it’s supported by the right tools. affie.ai takes the strategic thinking our team applies every day and makes it available on demand and at pace: specific to your programme, specific to your data and ready when the affiliate manager needs it.”
