BETER’s Setka Cup Table Tennis approved for North Carolina sports betting catalogue

The North Carolina State Lottery Commission has given BETER permission to include its Setka Cup table tennis competitions in the state’s official sports wagering catalog.

This approval enables North Carolina-licensed operators to place bets on Setka Cup events for the first time.

The ruling adds North Carolina to BETER’s current footprint, which already includes New JerseyFlorida, Indiana, Iowa, and Colorado, making it its sixth state launch in the United States.

Setka Cup is currently operational on the North Carolina domain of longtime partner bet365, and more operator integrations are scheduled for the upcoming months.

Expanded Fast-Betting Coverage and Integrity Controls

With up to 50 betting markets available per event, BETER offers live streaming, real-time data, and odds for over 700,000 fast-paced sports and esports events annually.

Setka Cup table tennis, which is part of that portfolio, offers high-frequency matches intended for ongoing in-play wagering, backed by thorough statistics and organised scheduling across several specialised arenas.

BETER’s Integrity team keeps an eye on every Setka Cup match, monitoring adherence to fair play regulations and transparency standards, including on-site controls and prohibitions on electronic devices in match areas.

In order to assist regulated operators in fulfilling local compliance requirements in markets like North Carolina, the company has declared that this integrity framework is applicable to all of its fast-betting products.

Chief Executive Officer Gal Ehrlich said: “In 2026, BETER has ambitious plans for the US market, where we are already seeing high demand for our fast-betting content across all states we have gone live in over the last couple of months.

“Demand for fast-betting content is only going to rise, and we are committed to delivering the best experiences for players, with integrity used as the foundation of our products and solutions. We are thrilled to have secured approval in North Carolina and look forward to operators and their players enjoying the thrilling experiences offered by our sports products.”
