G2E Las Vegas 2026: More Than Just Business

Vegas is always exciting, and this year was no exception.

Last week, some of our team headed to G2E Las Vegas, joining thousands of people from across the industry to attend the US’s largest land based and iGaming expo.

While we didn’t attend the conference sessions this year, the networking floor was as strong as ever. For us, G2E is always about the people; catching up with clients, reconnecting with industry friends, meeting members of the media and, of course, making plenty of new connections along the way.

One of the biggest highlights was having the opportunity to spend time with our clients and although there was less cabana action and fewer Mike Tyson stories than last year from Gaming Corps, we still had a ball celebrating friendships over a duelling piano (Kevin Reid), NHL corporate hospitality (thank you Playtech) or singing our hearts out at Foo Fighters (thank you White Hat Gaming).

It was also great to catch up with so many industry press contacts. Media relationships are a huge part of what we do at GameOn, and G2E provides a fantastic opportunity to understand what’s happening across the market, hear what journalists are interested in and share some of the stories our clients are working on. Special thanks to Kio and Omer at Gaming Intelligence and also the wonderful Lewis Pek at G3 for taking the time to meet with us.

Not only that, I received my award from Hilary McAfee and Fiona Power from the MaxBet Fridge Hall of Fame awards and my prized fridge magnet now takes of pride of place on my refridgerator.

And then there were the new faces. One of the best things about G2E is never quite knowing who you’re going to meet or where a conversation might lead. From quick introductions on the show floor to longer conversations over dinner, there were plenty of opportunities to make new connections and continue building relationships across the industry.

A special thank you also goes to Metabet and NEXT for two fantastic networking events. Both were great examples of what makes G2E so enjoyable. Also Martin Pettersson – Lisbon and G2E? I hope you’re taking a well earned rest.

So, another G2E done. Plenty of meetings, plenty of conversations, plenty of new connections — and definitely not enough sleep!

Until next year, Vegas. 🎰
