17 March 2026 – GameOn, the specialist iGaming marketing and PR agency, has expanded its GameOn CMO team with the addition of Roxana Nazalu.
Nazalu joins the agency as a Fractional CMO in a consulting role, where she will support clients with campaign strategy, development and execution.
Bringing extensive industry experience, Nazalu has held roles with several leading companies in the iGaming sector, including Las Vegas Sands, Casimba Gaming, Aspire Global and Pragmatic Play. Her background also led her to establish Orange Synapse, a specialist agency focused on supporting iGaming providers across global markets.
Her appointment further strengthens the relationship between GameOn and Orange Synapse, enabling both businesses to broaden the range of services and solutions available to their clients.
GameOn’s Fractional CMO service, launched in October 2024, has seen strong growth and increasing demand. Led by Alex Wilson, the service enables businesses to benefit from senior-level marketing expertise on a flexible basis. This approach is particularly suited to start-ups and growing companies, while also offering established organisations the ability to position marketing as a core revenue driver with board-level accountability.
